How do I return an item?
Returns are accepted for 30 days after the purchase date on all glass shelves. Just ship back the unused and undamaged merchandise in its original package to our address on the invoice with a copy of your invoice.
Shipping costs will not be paid by Bluegate. Refunds are issued to your credit card after the items are returned to our address. Please remember that there is no refund on shipping charges.
There is no return or refund on special order or custom made item such as supports or special size items.
NOTE: You MUST inform us of any damage or discrepancy within 24 HOURS of receipt of shipment. It is best to address it immediately.
